Implimentation structure
How We Implement Our Programs
At the Sarah Arebu Tahir Foundation, transparency and accountability are at the heart of everything we do. Every dollar entrusted to us is carefully directed toward lasting change—building schools, equipping classrooms, training teachers, and ensuring children in rural Ethiopia have the chance to thrive.
Project management
Our implementation structure ensures that progress is measurable, sustainable, and community-driven. By combining local contributions, partner support, and careful oversight, we maximize impact while keeping our donors and partners informed every step of the way.
Building Construction
We are constructing two fully equipped blocks with 10-section classrooms and administrative offices — creating safe, inspiring spaces for learning, collaboration, and growth.
Classroom Furniture
From desks to bookshelves, we supply durable school furniture to transform empty spaces into vibrant learning environments where students can focus, engage, and thrive.
Clean Water and Hygiene
We install water tanks, distribution points, handwashing stations, and restrooms — ensuring every child has access to clean water, safe hygiene, and dignity at school.
Learning Resources
We procure and deliver library books, science kits, digital devices, internet access, electricity, and sports equipment — giving students the tools they need to explore, create, and excel.
Human Capital
We conduct ongoing professional development for teachers and community leaders, empowering them with the skills, knowledge, and support needed to lead dynamic classrooms and inspire students.
Sanitation
Through specialized training and ongoing support, we build lifelong hygiene habits that protect health, reduce absenteeism, and create a safer, healthier school community.
